The submersible motor is the prime mover of the entire Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) system, converting electrical energy from the surface into powerful mechanical energy to drive the protector and pump sections. HESFLO motors utilize a robust and reliable squirrel-cage, two-pole or four-pole asynchronous induction design, ensuring mature technology and stable operation.
Our motor series covers an extensive power range from 4.5 kW to 512 kW and is engineered to withstand downhole temperatures of up to 180°C (356°F). To meet various well conditions and power requirements, we offer a wide range of ODs from 95mm (3.74″) to 185mm (7.28″). Motors can be deployed in single, tandem, or triple configurations to achieve higher horsepower, providing stable and enduring power support for a wide variety of complex oil and gas wells.
